This is followed by the identification and location of the hazardous contamination materials.

We undertake a full detailed examination of the building, plant or equipment prior to any planning to establish the extent of the contaminants and how best to deal with them.
We will undertake a full risk assessment to reduce or eliminate all hazards that would be encountered and a visual inspection of the area with swabbing, sampling and lab testing if required.

The conclusions of the investigation are summarised in a pre contract report that outlines our risk assessments, method statements, and recommendations for decontamination processes, costs and project timescales.

Following decontamination the area is fully swab and surface tested independently to ascertain the success of the operation and ensure it has fulfilled the project objectives. This is added to a post-contract report that may be held in the Health and Safety archives of the organisation for future inspection or review.
